By purchasing any of the Master Your Social Media packages—Kickstart, Amplify, or Dominate—you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of these packages, no refunds will be issued once payment is made. This includes all services and add-ons such as the custom social media templates.

2. Timeline

This package is designed to be completed within 30 days, which begins at the initial call. The details are as follows:

• Initial Call: You will receive a link to schedule your strategy session within 1 business day of completing the required form. The initial call must be booked within 7-10 days of purchase.

• Delivery of Strategy and Posts: Your social media strategy, pre-written posts, and any purchased add-ons (like custom templates) will be delivered within 5-7 business days after our strategy session, depending on the package you have chosen. The 30-day period begins on the date of your initial call.

3. Collaborative Effort

This process is collaborative and requires your active participation. Timely feedback and communication are essential for completing deliverables within the 30-day period. Delays caused by lack of communication may affect delivery times.

4. Deliverables

Deliverables depend on the package you’ve selected:

• Kickstart: 15 pre-written posts, a custom social media strategy, and implementation guidance.

• Amplify: 25 pre-written posts, advanced strategy, and continued guidance.

• Dominate: 40 pre-written posts, weekly check-ins, and a tailored strategy.

• Custom Social Media Templates Add-On: If purchased, up to 30 editable templates will be delivered alongside the strategy and posts.

5. Client Abandonment & Resumption

If communication or feedback is absent for more than 7 days without prior notice, the project will be considered abandoned. To resume the project, a restart fee of 20% of the original package price will be required.

6. Satisfaction

All deliverables will be customized to your brand, and revisions are limited to the scope of work agreed upon in the package. While the deliverables will reflect your brand and strategy, the ultimate success of your social media will depend on ongoing implementation.

6. Package Completion

The package is designed to be completed within 30 days from the date of your initial call. Extensions beyond this period will be considered only under exceptional circumstances and may incur additional fees.

7. Continuing After 30 Days

If you wish to continue working together beyond the 30-day period, you have the option to:

• Purchase the same package again,

• Upgrade to a higher package, or

• Book ongoing coaching sessions for additional guidance.
